As part of Victoria’s COVIDSafe Summer for work roadmap, the Department of Health and Human Services has updated current restrictions.
From 11:59pm Wednesday 17 February we will once again be open for face-to-face appointments. Face masks must be worn inside.
As always, your health and well-being is our number one priority at Agility. As such, in line with the latest advice from the Chief Health Officer and the Victorian government, the following measures have been implemented at the AO clinic.
We ask that you read the following guidelines prior to your appointment, and contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
Prior to your appointment you will be required to complete a health screen which will be attached to your appointment reminder email. If any of your answers change after you have filed your form, please contact the clinic.
We have allocated extra time between appointments to allow us to thoroughly clean all surfaces within the clinic and reduce foot-traffic in the common areas.
Upon entering the clinic, patients will be required to wash their hands
Your practitioner will be wearing personal protective equipment as per current requirements.
Given the ongoing need for all Victorians to work together to help contain the spread of the virus, it goes without saying that if you, or someone you have been in contact with, has displayed any COVID-19 symptoms, that you should cancel your appointment (no cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations for this reason).
For those patients who are unable to come into the clinic, or for whom face-to-face appointments are not appropriate/convenient, we also provide Telehealth appointments as a means of maintaining important one-on-one care. Please book online or give us a call to book an appointment. Further information about Telehealth appointments can be found in our FAQs here.
