From 11.59pm Monday 16 August routine appointments are not permitted. Face-to-face treatment is only available for urgent care that cannot be deferred.
The definition of urgent clinical care for this purpose is:
Direct clinical care (and other clinical support activity necessary to support direct clinical care) that prevents a significant change/deterioration in functional independence necessitating escalation of care OR is required as an adjunct to other urgent medical/surgical interventions
If you feel that you require urgent care, please contact the clinic on 9866 8962 to discuss your eligibility.
As always, your health and well-being is our number one priority at Agility. As such, in line with the latest advice from the Chief Health Officer and the Victorian government, the following measures have been implemented at the AO clinic. We ask that you read the following guidelines prior to your appointment, and contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
We have allocated extra time between appointments to allow us to thoroughly clean all surfaces within the clinic and your practitioner will be wearing a mask throughout the consult.
Upon entering the clinic, patients will be required to wash their hands and sign in using the provided QR code.
Your mask is to be worn at all times
For those patients who are unable to come into the clinic, or for whom face-to-face appointments are not appropriate/convenient, we also provide Telehealth appointments as a means of maintaining important one-on-one care. Please book online or give us a call to book an appointment. Further information about Telehealth appointments can be found in our FAQs here.
